摘要: Heat-stable antigens from Helicobacter pylori were investigated for the detection of serum IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies against H. by an ELISA technique. Antibody titers measured in 167 dyspeptic patients, whom 96 positive confirmed culture or microscopy, 482 controls (0-98 years). Increased IgG antibody found significantly more often patients with active chronic gastritis than normal morphology, as well pylori-positive compared to pylori-negative independent endoscopic findings. The heat-stable acid glycine-extracted a high degree concordance was results obtained two antigen preparations. differences between significant may be useful confirm borderline result. No titer -negative patients. greatest age-dependent increase children, if lower cut-off level is used children adults, has been proposed, proportion people increased would almost constant age five 10 years until time 61 80 years. Comparison Campylobacter jejuni total cytomegalovirus (CMV) showed greater similarity C. (R = 0.51) CMV 0.22). This possibly caused cross-reactions jejuni. heat-stabile seems not very different other crude like antigens, but purification characterization are needed improve assays.
