摘要: Introduction Metaanalysis of retrospective studies employing various definitions pancreatic fistulas demonstrated a reduced postoperative fistula rate after pancreatogastrostomy versus pancreaticojejunostomy. Prospective trials failed to do so, which causes an ongoing debate on the superiority one or other procedure. The aim this study was compare two types anastomosis at our institution with regard and complications.
