摘要: Aluminum pigments were encapsulated by hydrolysis and condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) methyltriethoxysilane (MTES). The influences solvents ratio MTES/TEOS on corrosion inhibition performance studied. FTIR, XPS SEM analysis showed that both TEOS MTES hydrolyzed condensed at the same time to form a compact thin sol-gel layer surface aluminum pigments. TEOS, which can hardly generate H2 in acid media pH=1 within 12h, show greatly excellent resistance than only or MTES, due formation hybrid film protect particles from corrosive media.
