摘要: Abstract A dose-dependent analgesic effect of intrathecally injected dynorphin B was observed in rats using the tail flick as nociceptive test. Intrathecal injection 20 nmol increased latency by 90 ± 23%, an that lasted about min. For same degree analgesia, 50% more potent than morphine on a molar basis. The this dose partially blocked 10 mg/kg, but not 1 subcutaneous naloxone, showing relative resistance to naloxone reversal compared with analgesia. analgesia produced unchanged morphine-tolerant significantly decreased tolerant ethylketazocine. These results suggest produces its activation κ rather μ opioid receptors rat spinal cord.
