摘要: Key Word Index-Datum spp.; Hyoscyamus Scopolia Solanaceae; identification; accumulation; trans- formed roots; tropane alkaloids; scopolamine; hyoscyamine. - Abstract-Petioles from over 1000 individual plants of the genera Datura, and were analysed to establish variation in levels patterns alkaloids which occur between plants. Transformed root cultures initiated analyses suggested extremely high or low alkaloid biosynthetic capacities, favourable patterns. These then studied detail by HPLC, GC GC-MS. Root showed substantial differences different species, but quantitative tropoyl esters cc-tropine (hyoscyamine plus scopolamine) observed lines less than those seen This difference is interpreted as some extent reflecting influence transport storage effects, well capacity, determining plant petioles. In addition, there indication that full capacity may not always be expressed culture. Despite these limitations, identification showing characteristics still, however, proved a useful first step development scientifically potentially biotechnologically interesting cultures.
