摘要: On the basis of toxicity index, certain fractions extracts leaves and roots Hyoscyamus muticus (Solanaceae) exhibited acaricidal activity against Teteranychus urticae Koch. The chloroform alkaloidal fraction root was more effective than larvae adult females T. urticae, LC50 were 864 ppm 1871.8 ppm, respectively. This attributed to presence higher tropane content in roots, which identified by GC/MS technique. Processing using chromatographic technique resulted isolation isofucosterol (1), scopoletin (2), addition a new withanolide, named muticin (3). is first compounds (1) (2) form H. muticus.
