摘要: Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate functional impairment in a group patients with bipolar disorder remission and determine the extent relationships between overall functioning current depressive, manic panic spectrum symptoms. Method: A subset patient population at Pittsburgh site Systematic Treatment Enhancement Program Bipolar Disorder (STEP-BD) evaluated study. subsample comprises 103 male female subjects I (n = 70), II (n = 24), schizoaffective – type (n = 4), or NOS (n = 5). Subjects were period (at least 4 weeks no more than two depressive symptoms). assessed for status using Work Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS) symptoms Mood Spectrum Self-Report questionnaire (MOODS-SR) Panic-Agoraphobic (PAS-SR). Results: median WSAS total score these remitted 14, indicating significant impairment. Regressing on manic, scores, we observed highly effect (t = 4.9, df = 94, p < 0.0001), but non-significant effects (t = 1.3, p = 0.19 t = −1.8, p = 0.07, respectively).
