摘要: We investigated the vascular effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and Exendin-4 in type 2 diabetic rat aortae. Studies were performed a normal control group (NC) (0.2 ml i.p. saline, n = 10), streptozotocin (STZ)/nicotinamide (DC) (a single dose 80 mg/kg STZ injection 15 min after administration 230 nicotinamide i.p.), GLP-1 (GLPC) (1 µg/kg twice daily for 1 month, (EXC) (0.1 GLP-1-treated (GLPT) Exendin-4-treated (EXT) 10). One month treatment significantly decreased blood glucose levels rats (113 ± mg/dl, p 2) maximum response (% Max. Relax) acetylcholine-stimulated relaxations DC (pD2: 6.73 0.12 55 6, respectively) compared with non-diabetic NC 7.41 0.25, values Exendin-4, Relax %values aortic strips to acetylcholine returned near 7.47 0.15, max) noradrenaline from (341 27 mg tension/mg wet weight) (540 66 weight, all groups.
