摘要: Three fractions of acid invertase (β-fructofuranosidase; EC 3.2.1.26) were found to be associated with axenic cultures Botrytis cinerea . Fraction A (soluble) was released by homogenising the mycelium in low-salt buffer and fraction B (salt-soluble) could extracted from cell debris 1 m NaCl. third (C) remained mycelial pellet. The relative proportions individual forms depended on stage fungal development and, some extent, extraction conditions. Invertase activity appeared constitutive as indicated its presence ungerminated spores well glucose sole carbon source. Fractions did not differ their biochemical behaviour throughout isolation, most prominent response being an extremely stable interaction Concanavalin (Con A). Deglycosylation N-glycopeptidase F successful part only under conditions simultaneously shown guarantee complete removal carbohydrate moiety yeast invertase. We believe that distinct affinity for Con A, which is our knowledge paralleled enzyme higher plants, holds promise operational approach separate plant invertases phytopathogenic associations involving
