摘要: Abstract Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disorder with hyperproliferation of keratinocytes, that can be the result insufficient inhibitory effect transforming growth factors-β (TGF-β). The aim this study was to evaluate association between TGF-β1 and -β2 in plasma or scales from psoriatic lesions severity disease. TGF-β concentrations were measured enzyme immunoassay 41 patients psoriasis. mean TGF-β2 were: 15.7±1.4 0.15±0.02 ng/ml respectively. It also detectable varied 24 1159 0 2.95 pg/mg protein Plasma correlated significantly psoriasis area index (PASI). Significant correlation demonstrated concentration sedimentation rate disease duration. There no PASI TGF-β2, TGF-β2. highest mild form (203±65 pg/mg protein) lowest severe (147±54 pg/mg have been shown. These findings levels TGF-β1, should considered as a possible indicator activity.
