摘要: Degradation of the extracellular matrix around tumour cells is an essential step in process invasion and metastasis. The family structurally related metalloproteinases (MMPs) their inhibitors, tissue inhibitors (TIMP), play important role degradation by cells. In this paper MMP TIMP activity was analysed renal cell carcinoma. On transcriptional level, RT-PCR used to evaluate expression membrane type (MT) 1-MMP, MMp-2, MMP-9 TIMP-1 TIMP-2 normal kidney tissue. Zymography reverse zymorgaphy measured MMPs TIMPs supernatant primary cultures derived from these tissues at protein level. addition, serum levels patients were before 7 days after nephrectomy. revealed be five times higher low graded compared cultures, both MMP-2 level samples advanced carcinoma organ confined tumours. Serum decreased significantly conclusion, are key enzymes for progression New functions especially concerning proteins may provide further understanding processes.
