摘要: Screening for prostate cancer after restorative proctocolectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis can be challenging. Diagnostic biopsy an elevated level of prostate-specific antigen may present difficulties as well. No guidelines have been issued regarding the value and accuracy digital examination best route to obtain specimens. A screening diagnostic algorithm was developed by expert consensus panel.
