摘要: Relatively little attention has been focused on the reproductive and sexual function issues faced by men with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Infertility in IBD can be caused medications used to treat (most notably sulfasalazine), active inflammation, poor nutritional status that result from IBD. Sexual adversely affected some IBD, depression accompany proctocolectomy. When do father children, there appears no increased rate of adverse fetal outcomes. Screening for prostate cancer after proctocolectomy challenging, but current data support use prostate-specific antigen screening these patients. This review serves as an outline assist clinician discussing male patients
