摘要: Abstract The short aromatic dipeptide l -diphenylalanine (FF) was used to build supramolecular assemblies from amorphous films that were deposited onto Si substrates using an adapted form of the solid-vapor method [Adv. Mater. 20 (2008) 3754–3758]. morphological and spectroscopic behaviors resulting micro- nano-sized 1-D arrays investigated. formation structures examined under different preparation conditions; specifically, nature solvent (water or aniline), concentration peptides in precursor solution incubation time varied. Our results indicate changes have dramatic consequences on final morphology assemblies. Particularly, our data suggest vapor pressure a reduction hydrophobic capabilities substrate play relevant role structuration since they presumably increase heat mass transport, respectively. Spectroscopic reveal use vapors promotes emergence new vibrational modes, which is interpreted as change symmetry molecular arrangement accompanied by number degrees freedom. These findings strongly symmetries-presumably orthorhombic hexagonal symmetries-can be obtained depending type during preparation. To assess interaction between functionalizing agent, aniline polymerized structured then their also
