摘要: Photoconductivity, photoluminescence (PL), and thermally stimulated luminescence of photoconductive poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole poly-N-vinylcarbazole films non-photoconductive polyvinylbutyral, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, polyethylene doped with cationic, anionic, neutral dyes are studied. It is found that the PL cationic in polymer enhanced comparison to nonphotoconductive ones. The enhancement correlates an increase photoconductivity, quenching effect external electric field on intensity, intensity recombination luminescence. assumed this related presence predimer traps for holes vicinity dye ions carbazolyl-containing polymers. A model describing trap formation upon photoexcitation into states suggested.
