摘要: Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to evaluate the effects of synthetic variables such as reaction time (6–12 hr), temperature (130–150°C), and substrate molar ratio fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) peanut oil sucrose (10:1 14:1) on % conversion polyester, utilizing 10g free reactant. Optimization performed by canonical analysis derive stationary point. Based contour plots analysis, optimum conditions were: 11.5 hr, 144°C, 11.4:1. Predicted 43.39% (10g synthesized 29.4g polyester) at Experimental data indicated up 48.4% yield based theoretical conversion.
