摘要: The development of stable and biocompatible gold nanoparticles has been drawing great interest. Dendrimers could be used as templates to entrap nanoparticles. Herein, dendrimer were prepared by the modification generation 5 polyamidoamine (G5 PAMAM) dendrimers with maleic anhydride cysteamine. Then modified dendrimer-encapsulated (Au-G5MC NPs) formed incubation chloroauric acid reduction sodium borohydride. resulting Au-G5MC NPs showed high stability, biocompatibility, catalytic efficiency in water, which is ascribed single zwitterionic layer composed amine carboxyl groups. was shown provide excellent stability both phosphate-buffered saline fibrinogen solutions. mixed solution remained within 24 h, while G5 PAMAM dendrimer-entrapped (Au-G5 obvious aggregates immediately. displayed little cytotoxicity (>90% cell viability) against HeLa cells up 100 μg mL−1, Au-G5 (60% viability). In addition, for reaction 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) water. This method can prepare a variety highly stable, biocompatible, efficient catalysts.
