摘要: The balance of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and 2 (ACE2) in high blood pressure variability (BPV) induced cardiovascular hypertrophy remains elusive. aim the present work was to investigate expression activity ACE ACE2 heart aorta sinoaortic denervation (SAD) rats with BPV normal BP, explore potential role BPV-induced damage. Hemodynamics, hypertrophy, angiotensin II (Ang II) concentrations, were determined. Cardiac-tissue assayed by real-time polymerase chain reaction Western blot.
