摘要: SUMMARY Chimeric hydra were produced by making use of a strain (nf-i) which lacks interstitial cells, nerve cells and nematocytes. This arises spontaneous loss from its parental (sf-i) (Sugiyama & Fujisawa, 1978). Reintroduction other strains intonf-i leads to the creation chimeric that consisted epithelial derived sf-i their derivatives (nerves nematocytes) strains. In chimeras, or apparently maintain very stable cell lineages; no indication was obtained suggested differentiation into dedifFerentiation in opposite direction during long courses chimera cultures (up one year). Developmental characters chimeras examined compared those donors. Almost all chimera's (growth rate, budding tentacle numbers, polyp size, regenerative capacity, etc.) closely resembled donor, but not suggests rather than are primary determinant most, if all, developmental characters.
