摘要: Contrary to the common belief that expert performance is a reflection of innate abilities and capacities, this research demonstrates in Information Systems predominantly mediated by acquired complex skills, expertise, knowledge capabilities experience. Analyzing data from 310 respondents representing 27 organizations, study proposes two types necessary essential attain Systems. The relationships between years experience, impact deliberate learning skills with are also being investigated. derives classification ‘degree proficiency’ for System key-user-groups spans on three-level continuum which has both practical academic value. analysis degree proficiency provides empirical evidence potential limits environmental adaptation learning.
