摘要: Over the past 10 years, polyglycerols and their structurally related analogs have received considerable attention in biomedical field. Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) is a versatile polymer because its pendant epoxide groups can be opened with different functional to generate poly(glycerol methacrylate)s (PGOHMA) derivatives. In this work, linear star-shape PGMAs were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization then functionalized four amines ring-opening addition. This resulted formation of polyglycerol-like polymers having both hydroxyl amine moieties water-solubility. The water-insoluble could form pH-sensitive nanoassemblies, while soluble derivatives efficiently complexed short strand polynucleotide. aminated polyglycerol interacted more avidly oligonucleotide than control poly(ethyleneimine), high transfection efficacy obtained derivative.
