摘要: This invention generally relates to a design and method for developing novel anti-tumor and/or anti-cancer drugs, vaccines therapies, using microRNA its shRNA homologues/mimics/derivatives. More specifically, the present an use of prokaryote-produced miRNA precursor (pro-miRNA) composition capable being delivered into human cells processed by mature effectors elicit specific silencing effects on mir-302-targeted genes, subsequently leading beneficial result tumor suppression cancer therapy. The prokaryotic do not naturally express or process eukaryotic precursors (pre-miRNA); meanwhile, also teaches inducible expressing pre-miRNAs, particularly mir-302 transcription system. Since is known suppressor in human, this finding advances new therapies directed against multiple kinds tumors cancers.
