摘要: Notch signaling is a conserved and widely expressed pathway, which mediates various physiological processes including tumorigenesis. This study aims to explore the potential role mechanism of notch1 interacting with KRT6B in progression RCC. The results indicated that mRNA protein expression KRT6 were significantly increased tumor tissues, highly positive correlation existed between KRT6. Moreover, patients high had poorer prognosis than those low patients. In vitro, loss-of-function could inhibit induce renal carcinoma cell death. Eventually, we found renin inhibitor, aliskiren, proliferation decrease as well regulate apoptosis-related 786-O ACHN lines. These suggested upregulation might be involved development, human RCC, aliskiren suppress proliferation, at least partially, through downregulation
