摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in gene regulation, but their impact on the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and biological function cells is unclear. In this study, we used next-generation sequencing to study differences expression profiles lncRNAs mRNAs tissues. We analyzed differentially expressed genes by Gene Ontology/Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (GO/KEGG) enrichment predicted new lncRNA functions. Our results revealed that compared with nontumor tissues, 1019 (512 upregulated, 507 downregulated) 3221 (1606 1615 were tumor tissues (fold change >2 P < 0.05). validated some these qPCR. Furthermore, identified differently samples from patients northern China. confirmed lncRNA-FIRRE-201 SLCO4A1-AS1-202 provide experimental basis for studies roles occurrence development regulation networks.
