摘要: Data from recent studies conducted in rodent models and humans suggest that interleukin-17A (IL-17A) plays a role the induction of inflammation adipose tissue during obesity. The aim this study was to assess gene expression IL-17A morbidly obese patients. We used RT-PCR evaluate several adipo/cytokines visceral (VAT) subcutaneous (SAT) 10 normal-weight control women (BMI 40 kg/m2). measured serum levels MO normal weight women. significantly higher VAT than SAT patients (p = 0.0127). It very low controls both tissues. found positive correlations between IL-6, lipocalin-2 resistin circulating level group 0.032), it related adiponectin TNFRII levels. In conclusion, is increased women, which suggests link obesity innate immunity low-grade chronic
