摘要: Unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) injections into the striatum lead to development of apomorphine-induced rotation in rats. The circling behavior was associated with significant decreases dopamine, dihydroxyphenylacetic acid and homovanillic ipsilateral striatum. Pretreatments either D-alpha-tocopherol or all-racemic-alpha-tocopherol caused attenuation both behavioral biochemical abnormalities. These results are discussed terms their support for free radical hypothesis Parkinson's disease role antioxidants treatment this neurodegenerative disorder.
