摘要: Disclosed are human K+ channel polypeptides and DNA (RNA) encoding such polypeptides. Also provided is a procedure for producing by recombinant techniques. Agonists also disclosed. Such agonists may be used to treat epilepsy, stroke, hypertension, asthma, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression neurodegeneration. disclosed antagonists against which AIDS, SLE, diabetes, multiple sclerosis cancer.
