摘要: Publisher Summary The examination of hormone regulatory elements in genes regulated by single hormones provides insight into the mechanism hormonal regulation transcription. Although a number transcriptionally have been isolated and analyzed, few that respond to multiple cloned. This chapter focuses on organization hormones. It also discusses techniques used identify because they are essential for identification these elements. Based way which DNA sequences containing identified organized genes, glucocorticoid CAMP discussed chapter, along with describing positional flexibility positive negative is examined hormones—that is, whether independent or interdependent can act through same element.
