摘要: Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) is known to induce strong, polyclonal cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) responses. Using a set of variant peptides derived from the major CTL epitope LCMV, we analyzed functional fine specificity LCMV-specific response. During primary response, almost all tested were recognized. In contrast, secondary response was purged minor cross-reactivities and very few significantly This study first demonstration maturation T-cell has important clinical biological implications.
