摘要: Abstract The poultry red mite, Dermanyssus gallinae is one of the most economically deleterious ectoparasite laying hens worldwide. To evaluate efficacy three strains (V245, 3247 and 715C) entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae with potential as acaricides against D. gallinae, this investigation was carried out in a commercial caged farm Naghedeh, West Azarbaijan Iran. parasite infestation already existed farm. Sunflower oil suspension all fungal strains, each two concentrations (1 × 107 1 × 109 conidia/ml) were used separately spray on cages, control group cages only sprayed sunflower sterile distilled water. For estimating population rate mites before after treatment, special cardboard traps fixed to during 1-month period. placed weeks –1, 0, 1, 2 3 always removed 1 w. results showed that rates post treatment lower concentration not significantly different compared group. However, reduction mite numbers induced by at conidia/ml higher than (P
