摘要: Abstract The various proportions of Thymol-guanidine hydrochloride-formaldehyde copolymer resins have been synthesized by the condensation polymerization reacting monomers i.e. thymol, guanidine hydrochloride and formaldehyde using microwave irradiation technique. characterized spectral methods viz. UV–visible, IR, 1H NMR 13C spectroscopy. ultrasonic velocity, density viscosity these in different solvents at 303 K measured. Based on data obtained, acoustical parameters like adiabatic compressibility, intermolecular free length, acoustic impedance, relaxation time Gibb's energy calculated. result has discussed basis types solute-solvent interactions present between ratios resin with solvent system. increasing trends velocity is order: DMSO > DMF > 1,4-dioxane > n-butyl alcohol > ethyl alcohol, which indicates strong DMSO 1,4-dioxane due to hydrogen bonding.
