摘要: Long-term cultures of human bone marrow were established for 5-13 wk to study the role adipocytes in sustaining hematopoiesis. At weekly intervals, numbers nucleated cells and granulocyte-macrophage progenitor (GM-CFU) culture estimated relation fat-containing present adherent stroma layer. In these quantifications, GM-CFU trapped cell layer considered separately. It was found that presence did not correlate with more active Fat appeared at late stages when successful being exhausted or early poor activity. These observations suggest continuous hematopoiesis vitro, unlike analogous murine cultures, does depend on adipocytes.
