摘要: OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical significance of COX-2, GLUT-1 and VEGF expressions in endometrial cancer tissues. METHODS: One hundred eight tissue samples from patients with enrolled our hospital August 2011 to July 2014 were selected, including 60 normal (normal group), neoplastic (neoplastic group) (cancer group). All subjected immunohistochemical assay detect VEGF. The data also investigated for correlation analysis. RESULTS: positive rates COX-2 group, group groups 3.3%, 21.7% 55.0% respectively. 25.0% 70.0% 1.7%, 23.3% 63.3% With increasing stage such cancer, decreasing degree differentiation lymphatic metastasis, expression proteins raised significantly (P<0.05). Spearman's analysis showed that (r=0.207, P<0.05), (r=0.243, as well (r=0.758, P<0.05) positively correlated. CONCLUSION: highly prominent especially low differentiation, late metastasis. They functioned synergistically onset progression this cancer.
