摘要: Abstract Interaction of cells and platelets with biomaterials is very complex still not fully understood. Yet, we already know that the surface a biomaterial responsible for initiating primary response to body fluids, so it vital importance ensure suitably conditioned provide desired biological (biocompatibility/hemocompatibility). Modern blood-connecting devices lack hemocompatibility primarily due insufficient knowledge influence parameters on response. In this chapter, investigate interaction important features system, mainly interactions endothelial in contact device. State art field will be presented novel approach alter properties by highly reactive gaseous plasma, an environmental friendly technique, investigated discussed. Gaseous plasma treatment techniques became increasingly useful medical modification biomaterials, sterilization, living tissue. The focus chapter vascular implants fine-tuning discharge order achieve response, without influencing bulk attributes material.
