摘要: The present invention provides, in part, an antibody display system that simultaneously uses a secretion and mode. A bait complexed with monovalent fragment can be expressed on the surface of host cell wherein may assayed for antigen binding while full is secreted from cell. Methods using identifying antibodies bind specifically to interest are also provided. Polypeptides, polynucleotides cells useful making provided along methods use thereof.
