摘要: The aim of the present work was to establish if different cations in lumen urinary bladder at time application affect mucoadhesion strength cationic chitosan, anionic sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC), and nonionic hydroxypropyl (HPC). polymeric films determined on pig mucosa. Sodium, calcium, magnesium ions decreased all three polymers except NaCMC, whose detachment forces were not influenced by presence sodium. Lower should be considered when drug delivery systems, for example microspheres, containing tested mucoadhesive are applied intravesically. In majority experiments, already concentrations normally urine. For stronger mucoadhesion, microspheres into empty would recommended. Additionally, properties could controlled selection a proper medium suspension microspheres. Namely, bivalent calcium had influence compared univalent sodium, with increasing decreased.
