Patients who had first primary during period were considered cases. A random sample 10,000 controls was frequency-matched cases for age, sex calendar year. index date exposure definition 1 year within controls. Relative risks 95% confidence intervals estimated using conditional logistic regression stratified matching factors. Factors such as smoking, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular diseases body mass introduced model. We identified 4,336 incident (incidence rate 7.6 per person-years). Compared no prescription NSAID prior 0.76 (0.61-0.94) among those received previous treatment duration corresponding relative 1.15 (0.99-1.34) aspirin. In conclusion, might be slightly Aspirin not reduction, perhaps due residual confounding.
