摘要: The quantum Goos–Hanchen shifts of the transmitted electron beam through an AA-stacked bilayer graphene superlattices are investigated. We found that band structures can have more than one Dirac point, their locations do not depend on number barriers. It was revealed any n -barrier structure is perfectly transparent at normal incidence around points created in superlattices. showed display sharp peaks inside transmission gap two (E=VB+τE=VB+τ, E=VW+τE=VW+τ), which equal to those resonances. obtained exhibiting negative as well positive behaviors and strongly depending location points. observed maximum absolute values increase long barriers increased. Our analysis done by considering four cases: single, double barriers, without with defect.
