摘要: We have demonstrated Au-Ag bimetallic non-alloy nanoparticles (BNNPs) on thin a-Si film and c-Si substrate for high SERS enhancement, low cost, sensitivity reproducible with bi-SERS sensing properties where two different peak Au NPs Ag are observed single substrate. The isolated NPs, uniform size spacing distribution, suitable density hotspot enhancement. enhancement factor of BNNPs is 2.9 times higher compared to similar substrates due the increase localized surface plasmon resonance effect. However there a decrement intensity at specific wavenumbers when surrounding refractive index increases out-phase hybridization NPs. distinct changes peaks independently show possible application bi-molecular sensing.
