摘要: Diagnosis of acute lung allograft rejection is currently based on transbronchial biopsies. Additional methods to detect dysfunction derived from plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage samples might facilitate diagnosis ultimately improve survival. This review article gives an overview the cell profiles during rejection. The value these cells changes within pattern differential cytology support discussed. Current findings topic are highlighted trends for future research identified.
