Porokeratoma: a different entity or a variant of verrucous (hyperkeratotic) porokeratosis?

摘要: Porokeratoma (acanthoma with features of porokeratosis) is a recently described entity distinct pattern cornoid lamellation and clinically different from typical porokeratosis. We present case multiple porokeratomas on the buttock 78-year-old man paraplegia secondary to poliomyelitis ankylosing spondylarthritis. briefly review characteristics controversies this new entity.
