摘要: In this paper, we present a microscopic model to describe the spectroscopy and dynamics for photosynthetic bacterial reaction centers (RCs). model, propose eight vibrational modes their Huang-Rhys factors different electronic energy states, couplings between states. As applications, have constructed steady state ultrafast time-resolved spectra mutant RC of Rhodobacter (Rb.)sphaeroides R26. Our can also treat temperature effect on RCs.
