摘要: Epigenetic regulations of genes by reversible methylation DNA (at the carbon-5 cytosine) and numerous modifications histones play important roles in normal physiology development, epigenetic deregulations are associated with developmental disorders various disease states, including cancer. Stem cells have capacity to self-renew indefinitely. Similar stem cells, some malignant divide indefinitely referred as cancer cells. In recent times, direct correlation between reprogramming cell is emerging. Major discoveries were made investigations on gene products, also known master regulators totipotency inducer pluoripotency, namely, OCT4, NANOG, cMYC, SOX2, Klf4, LIN28.
