摘要: The human ryk tyrosine kinase cDNA was originally identified as a PCR-amplified fragment (JTK5) from K562 leukemia cells and found to represent ubiquitously expressed gene (Partanen et al., 1990). open reading frame of ryk, reported here, encodes novel type putative 607 amino acid residues, having two potential transmembrane domains homology receptor kinases, such met (HGF/SF-R) IGF-1R, in its catalytic domain. maps chromosome 3q11-25. Expression the 3.4 kb mRNA all adult tissues examined.
