Association Between Serum Uric Acid Levels and Atrial Fibrillation Risk

摘要: Background: Several studies were published to assess the association between serum uric acid levels and atrial fibrillation risk, but no consistent results reported. We performed a meta-analysis evaluate evidence of hyperuricemia risk. Material/Methods: Pubmed Embase databases searched for prospective cohort assessing Relative risks (RRs) with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs) pooled using random-effect risk in individuals hyperuricemia. Results: Six finally included into meta-analysis. Meta-analysis those 6 showed that was significantly associated increased (RR = 1.49, 95%CI 1.24-1.79, P Conclusions: Based on currently available data, is fibrillation.
