摘要: Lymphocytes were isolated from venous blood by the Boyum method 36 patients with chronic renal failure: preparations more frequently and heavily contaminated non-lymphoid cells than equivalent normal controls. Volume spectroscopy measurements showed that, in samples without gross contamination, lymphocytes uraemic subjects react to mitogen stimulation pre-S-phase cell-cycle kinetics. In other experiments, plasma was shown be potent serum inhibiting growth of mitogen-stimulated subjects, both first G1-phase replicative growth. Thus humoral suppression appears important a cellular defect explaining depressed responses stimulation.
