摘要: A novel nisin-loaded poly (vinyl alcohol)/wheat gluten/zirconia (Nisin-PVA/WG/ZrO2) nanofibrous membranes was prepared via electrospinning technique. The drug carrier PVA/WG/ZrO2 nanofibers showed a increase in average diameter with the of ZrO2 content, and fibers tended to conglutinate when content reached 12 wt% above. Hydrogen Zr–O–C bonds existed among PVA, WG, units improved thermal stability polymeric matrix. loading dosage nisin caused no significant changes size morphology at below 6 wt%. antimicrobial activity release experimental results that nisin-PVA/WG/ZrO2 displayed well-controlled better against Staphylococcus aureus, from could be described by Fickian diffusion model. In our opinions, these may have potential as new membrane delivery, wound dressing, active food packaging.
