摘要: The prevalence of childhood allergies has been increasing in recent times, particularly western countries, ranking one the leading chronic diseases children [1, 2]. Evidence also suggests that several low-income countries are already witnessing similar increase, although reliability data is not clear [3–5]. As increases, so associated cost burdens on families, health care system, and economy at large 6–9]. Consequently, understanding identifying potential risk factors causing increase will help initiating early preventive strategies [10].
