摘要: Objective:  To investigate if the development of allergic diseases during child’s first 18 months life is influenced by time at which different food items were introduced into diet. Method:  A birth cohort 184 children was followed to age. Diaries used document feeding practices, and parental interviews performed 6 12 months age, probing for symptoms suggesting disease, general health-related issues introduction regimes. Symptoms promoted prompt clinical examination, all examined clinically, tested sensitization common airborne allergens age. Results:  The earlier fish diet lower frequency eczema. This association remained after control confounding factors. timing asthma showed a similar pattern, but did not reach statistical significance. Sensitization introduction. Other or practices seem influence allergy development. Conclusion:  Early associated with less eczema development, tendency asthma.
