摘要: Photodynamic effects were demonstrated and assayed under field conditions in a number of different laboratory strains pond isolates cyanobacteria; parameters for resistance to photooxidation viable count, turbidity the cyanobacterial suspension, protein pigment contents. The density, colonial structure, internal gas vacuoles on lethal outcome investigated. stability formation superoxide dismutase photooxidative studied strains. An isolate Microcystis from blooms ponds exhibited extremely high photooxidation, which was abolished by exposure chloramphenicol.
